I watched several reviews on the Black Hunter MK II 60″ Takedown Recurve Bow and Longbow. Finally convinced, I decided to spend a bit more than I initially thought I would, for my first bow. I also have plans to purchase the longbow limbs. If the longbow version was just one entire piece and not a takedown, I’d have bought that one right away! However, I’m so thankful for the interchangeable limbs that allow me to experience both recurve and longbow versions of the Black Hunter. Also, what is the story behind the naming?I noticed that Bella has answered a question in the reviews regarding somebody’s concerns of whether their arrow would be compatible with their bow and draw weight. I share the same question.Feather size: 6 in 100 grain AMO length: 30.5 in Shaft Length: 30 in Spine Size: 350 Feather Material: Natural feather Fletching Type: Feathers Shaft Material: Carbon Full length: 31.5 in Net Weight: 28gThis is my first bow and I just found these arrows on eBay for an okay-price. I just included all the item specifics to be on the safer side. Now, my question is if these are terrible/bad/okay/good/perfect, for this 60lbs draw weight bow. I haven’t seen a second review from the same customer, so assuming we can only submit once, I must let you know that I really appreciate customer service here at Mandarin Duck! Only around 8 minutes after I submitted a support ticket via this site regarding a refund for an accidental duplicate purchase, Bella (Store Manager) swiftly responded and refunded my accidental purchase! This instantly put my potential overnight worries to rest and I am glad that I decided to purchase from the real company than another site from a possibly dodgy re-seller.I might add that if these arrows are deemed to be unfit for the BH MK II, the issue will be solved by searching for the appropriate arrows or purchasing the ones recommended by this store for this exact bow- and not that I will find a new bow to match them : – )TL;DR: – are my arrows compatible? if not, can I please be recommended arrows? unless mentioning other brands here will pose an issue.. – what’s the story behind the naming of this model? – amazing customer service, no kidding!Best wishes, rhubet
