I can’t believe I’m the first to review! This kit is just *excessively* good. I bought it in ‘Poison’. Let me start by saying the detail in the purple scales is fantastic. Literally. I feel like I’m holding actual fantasy armour. The scales even have a shiny silver edging. The leather is thick and sturdy yet supple. I’m confident it’s going to last a life-time. The quiver has a hidden magnet sewn within the lining at the bottom to make it harder for your arrows to fall out. I have very slender forearms and wrists but was delighted to see the leather gauntlet and arm guard still fit. It comes with a hip tasset so that you may wear the quiver on your hip if you don’t want to wear it on your back. The quiver on its own is cheaper and leagues better than anything I have seen elsewhere. Elsewhere, you pay for a less beautiful quiver for what Mandarin Duck charges for this whole kit (quiver, straps, arm guard, gauntlet, hip tasset). In addition, after I made my purchase, I realised I forgot to apply the Black Friday coupon. I thought I had missed out but Mandarin Duck refunded me 15% of my order to match what I would have saved if I remembered to apply the coupon. That is *insanely* good customer service.
